Everywhere in our nation we see Signs and stickers asking our God to bless The land of the brave, home of the free. Is it patriotism or just excess?

Does He really live within your heart? Or do you think this is pretty funny That any want Him to have a part And keep His dear Name upon our money?

The one true God is loving and just. Will He really bless the way we now live? Our money says that "In God We Trust"' But is it allegiance to Him we give?

We kill unborn babies day to day. We live as if there is no tomorrow, Just wanting to have it our own way, Then find the consequences brings sorrow.

Will He bless if we do not repent? If we go on in our own stubborn way, According to our own selfish bent,
Will He bless our lives and prolong our days?

If My people, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." II Chronicles 7:14
