There is a roof above me supported by walls that protect From elements and strangers and enemies unmet. But there is no safety found in buildings or private grounds. Life is unsafe and for most will end in agony of death. Some will find a door to safer shores and answers to questions unsaid. For hope is found not in this world, but in another place That survives on rules that sustain life From now until the end of that which has no end And never began, but caused all life to start. That which was made by His Word and lives on by His breath Has discovered truth is love undisguised exposed as Jesus bled And life eternal has begun based on the Word of God. The Word which was when time began And the Word which made all time begin And the Word which will be its end. The Word Who became my sin and opened life for me. The Word which conquered death's great curse And gave Himself for all. He bled. He died. He rose again. He purchased me and took my sin And then Love was invited in To fill my heart with life, Amen.
