Like Falling Snow

Like falling snow, help me to fall softly upon the hard ground, not complaining, not a whimper of sound. Like fallen snow, help me be fresh and new, blood-washed, pure and white, in spite of tests-acceptable to You. Like a snowflake, help me to be unique, to shine in the Light like a diamond, to remain tough and yet bright.
