My Lord

I drove the nails into your hands I've whipped you with my sin And now I bow before you Letting go of who I've been.

Knowing who I used to be A place where demons meet Who am I to know the one That kneels to wash my feet?

You chose to die for me that day For I was on your mind Your healing blood drips on my face You paid what I was fined.

You said that you would rise again Your faithfulness rang out Three days is all it took for you To show us never doubt!

My Lord you are alive in me And risen on this day! The strips of linen rest alone The stone is rolled away!

We drove the nails into His hands We've whipped Him with our sin Let's come to Him in worship Like before we've never been!
