Behold the Lamb!

Behold the Lamb- God robed in flesh, became as man, redemption to come from His hand, salvation His goal, help His plan, the wide expanse of sin to span.

Behold the Lamb- for sinners He did bleed and died, out of love for us, crucified, our freedom kept Him going inside, as Satan and imps took a ride.

Behold the Lamb- in hell's depths, a bed He did make, but not long, its keys He did take, man back then made a big mistake, no realization of the stake.

Behold the Lamb- in selflessness, a sacrifice, He overcame the world's devise, rent the veil by paying our price, captured captives in evil's vice.

Behold the Lamb- in victory, You live in me, in true glory, Your Light I see, in righteousness and purity, in faithfulness, soon behold Thee!
