When Burdens Cover You

When burdens cover you like a blanket of snow, and try to freeze your heart, to Jesus you must go.

When dreams sift thru' your hand, like they are bits of sand, God has a better plan whereupon you must stand.

When you're brought to your knees, it's then you say a prayer. You share your miseries, and on Him, cast your care.

When you cannot go on, seek that strength from above. New joy comes with the dawn, for He brings peace and love.

When burdens cover you, and they're weighing you down, don't get worked in a stew, in Him, the answer's found.
