There are tributes to earthly fathers and mothers, Aunts and uncles, sisters and brothers; But there's one tribute that I truly owe To One who saved me...washed me white as snow.
He was the Messiah in the Old Testament. In the New, Jesus was God's Son sent. He's greater than all others together. With eyes on Jesus, the storms I'll weather.
We need to learn how to concentrate on Jesus, Beware of distraction...He frees us. He custom designs a program for me. In blessed providence I'm happy and free.
If I look to Him, away from what gets me down, Humble myself, cast cares with no frown, He adjusts my perspective of living, And I look to Him with great thanksgiving!
